Delicious and cost effective gluten-free living. Does this sound like a dream?
Jodi Lee, RHN, will show you how to get the most out of a gluten-free kitchen including basic substitutions like how to make a gravy without flour, how to make a pan bread, using the gluten-free flour blends for cookies/loaves, stir fry sauces and more.
Come hungry because there will be lots of yummy samples to bust the myth that it tastes bad. Jodi will also discuss why you would go gluten-free, how to manage the price changes, the myths around the need for whole grains. Other allergens like soy, dairy, and eggs, will be mentioned as well because many GF people have other intolerances.
Handouts and recipes included.
